Adam & Gavin arrived punctually, were very friendly & professional (wore shoe protectors), & did an excellent job on the installation of a ceiling fan on a 20’ high ceiling. They also carted away the old fan for us. Adam explained everything they did & gave us other options. Tyler the technician at Genesis Electric did a terrific job at my house. Replaced a Transformer and two outside Outlets that were not water proofed for the outside elements. He tightened up a few things during his inspection that were really important including a main ground wire for the electrical panel that was very important. He did a great job. Jill with customer service did a great job also. She kept me informed with everything that was going on. She got me an earlier schedule, because someone canceled. Great job to the whole team.

Highly recommend these guys. Booking an appointment was very easy and the communication leading up to arrival was top notch. Our service technician, Tyler, went above and beyond to fix our issues and provide information on available options for future consideration. He was courteous, honest and respectful of our time. I got lucky with a timely cancellation when I called Genesis 1:3 Electric. They were able to come out the next day. Kyle was fantastic. He was so kind and thorough with everything. Called Genesis 1:3 as a second opinion on some electrical issues I was having. They were super flexible when I had to reschedule and Tyler showed up during the planned window. He was fantastic; professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of my questions. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to me very clearly, and then walked me through the solutions/options. He also  took the time to answer many other questions I had on potential additional projects. Highly recommend Genesis 1:3 and asking for Tyler, you won't be disappointed! Fully plan on giving them a call back for my other planned projects.
