Excellent customer service. Responded to my request for electric assistance within one hour of posting on Home Advisor, was able to do the work the following day, contacted me on the day the work was to be done to let me know he could come early. Prompt, efficient, great work.

A great Company to work with There isn't an electrical project I have encountered that Genesis 1:3 Electric hasn't been able to help me complete, and on time as well. I've been fortunate enough to have known the owner,Dustin Fulton for quite some time and I can tell you this, he sure knows his stuff. From smaller service oriented projects to changing out service panels to wiring in larger Custom Homes he sure knows just what's needed to get the job done right! Genesis 1:3 has help me wire in new basement finishes, bathroom and kitchen remodels.He even let's me contact him during off hours to answer a question I might have doing my own electrical projects around my own home. My new electrician! Dustin is a very personable, yet professional individual who evidently strives to deliver quality service. He arrived at my home punctually and methodically worked through the project till completion. His prices were reasonable and he did small, extra things to assure that my ultimate needs were met. Moving electrical switches I had knocked down a wall and needed to have 2 light switches moved to an adjacent wall so I could complete my reno. Dustin was very professional, polite and quick. He knew exactly what needed to be done and wasted no time getting the job complete. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in no time. Emergency Service Installation Very warm weather prompted a call to Dustin to install two ceiling fans on the same day as the call went to him. Relatives were coming and without air conditioning the bedrooms were going to be tough sleeping. After several calls to other electricians, and a referral to Dustin by one of his competitors, he came out at 6PM and worked in the dark for an hour and installed the fans right out of the box. He did a great job and his energy to do a great job really came through.

Quick Response The previous evening my husband realized that we had lost power to the master bathroom and half of the outlets in the master bedroom. After checking the website for electricians in the area. Genesis was the only one that had a significant number of responses. I used the internet option to send an inquiry to the company. Within in 45 minutes I had received a call back. I was very impressed. I was advised of their electrician availbility. Within 2 hours I had an electrician on site working on the problem. The problem was identified and I was advised up front of the fix and associated costs. The work was completed very quickly. They not only fixed the issue, but cleaned up afterwards. You would not have even known they were there. Very professional, clean and organized. I am very happy with the work and it was very reasonable in cost. Recommend this company to anyone!
